At Xvelle, we take pride in the quality of our leather products. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before purchasing.

1. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are only available if:

  • The product is damaged or defective upon delivery

  • You notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product

  • You provide photo/video proof of the damage

  • Refund Timeline

    At Xvelle, we care about your satisfaction.
    Refunds are processed within 48 hours after your request is verified.
    Once processed, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method.

    Note: Verification may take up to 24 hours depending on the case.

2. No Refunds/Returns for:

  • Size issues or change of mind

  • Minor color variations (due to lighting or screen differences)

  • Normal wear and tear or damage caused by misuse

3. Return Process

If eligible:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours with order details and proof.

  2. Once approved, ship the product back in original condition and packaging.

  3. Upon receiving and verifying, we will issue a full refund or replacement.

4. Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placement if not yet processed.

5. Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged items.
